Implement The android App

in the glass-wallet workspace repo, use ionic's api to generate the android app for the glass loader.

Include all native (@capacitor) dependencies in the build.

Then, based on EPI's working android build, modify the android project output by ionic to also include the apihub and Opendsu's api, merging the 2 systems together
